Return Policy for CBD Mood Gummies

Refunds and Exchanges

We do not handle refunds or exchanges for purchases made at independent retail locations or through third-party websites. If you purchased our products from another retailer, you must reach out to them directly for any issues or requests related to your purchase.

If you purchased directly from CBD Mood Gummies and there’s an issue with your order, you may be eligible for a return or exchange if we are notified within 5 days of receiving your product. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted after this period.

Damaged or Missing Products

In the event that your product arrives damaged, defective, or if there are missing items in your order, please notify us within 5 days of delivery. You can contact us via email at [email protected] or through our customer service line. Your email must include:

  1. Your order number in the subject line (e.g., “DAMAGED PRODUCT – ORDER #12345”)
  2. A description of the issue
  3. A photo of the damaged or missing product(s)
  4. A photo of the box and packaging slip

Upon review, we will process your request. Please note that our review process can take up to 5 business days, depending on the issue.

Return Shipping

For approved exchanges due to damaged or defective products, we will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label or reimburse you for the standard return shipping costs via USPS First-Class. Please do not ship any items back to us before discussing the shipping details with our customer service team.

Restocking Fee

If an exchange or return is approved, we may apply a restocking fee at our discretion. This fee may also apply to exchanges or product defects. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
